We look forward to your application! **Objective**: Design, implement, and manage the maintenance department of the new plant, ensuring optimal installation, availability, operation, and preservation of equipment and infrastructure (corrugator, printers, specialty and manual machinery) through a preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategy aligned with standards of efficiency, safety, and operational availability. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Implementation of the Maintenance Department * Define the organizational structure of the maintenance department. * Identify and document the plant’s physical assets. * Establish maintenance processes, policies, and procedures. * Select and implement a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS/GMAO). 2\. Management of Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance * Develop and execute equipment-specific preventive maintenance programs. * Monitor the condition of critical equipment (corrugator, printers, laminators, etc.). * Coordinate timely responses to equipment failures and operational incidents. * Analyze root causes of critical failures and implement corrective actions. 3\. Management of Facilities and General Services * Supervise electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic installations. * Coordinate general services (lighting, compressors, air systems, etc.). * Manage contracts for external technical and support services. 4\. Resource Administration * Define and control the department’s budget. * Manage spare parts and consumables inventory. * Coordinate technical procurement and supplier performance monitoring. * Prepare maintenance performance and downtime reports. 5\. Technical Personnel Management * Recruit and train the maintenance technical team. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and safe work practices. * Implement a technical performance indicator and evaluation system. **Requirements:** Education * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related Engineering degree. Experience * 3–5 years in industrial maintenance (preferably in paper, corrugated cardboard, or manufacturing). * Experience in plant commissioning or implementation of maintenance systems (preferred). Technical Knowledge Required * Mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance. * Knowledge of converting, corrugating, printing, and strapping machinery. * Pneumatic and hydraulic systems. * Reliability engineering, TPM, RCM, Lean Maintenance. * Maintenance planning and contractor management. Required Software * CMMS/GMAO (SAP PM, MP, Infor, or similar). * Microsoft Excel and Project (intermediate level). * AutoCAD (basic proficiency for reading drawings). * Power BI (preferred for maintenance data analysis). **We Offer:** Competitive salary of up to $50,000 gross monthly.
