Job Summary: Lead the fresh fruit sourcing and supply strategy, ensuring volume, quality, and continuity of supply through producer management and commercial negotiation. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and develop the team responsible for procurement and sourcing. **Sourcing Manager for a fresh fruit production and marketing company** **Work Location: Ciudad Guzmán, Jalisco and Colima** **Job Objective** Lead the fresh fruit sourcing and supply strategy, ensuring volume, quality, and continuity of supply through producer management, commercial negotiation, and development of new supply sources. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage strategic relationships with **agricultural producers**. * Ensure **timely supply of fresh fruit** in accordance with commercial demand. * Negotiate prices, volumes, and commercial terms with producers and suppliers. * Identify and develop **new producers and supply regions**. * Supervise standards for **fruit quality, selection, and handling**. * Analyze market trends, seasons, and product availability. * Coordinate with **commercial, logistics, and operations departments** to ensure product flow. * Lead and develop the team responsible for procurement and sourcing. **We are looking for a candidate with:** * 5 to 10 years of experience in **fruit sourcing, agricultural procurement, or fresh fruit supply** * Experience working with **agricultural producers or suppliers** * Preferred experience with **avocado, pineapple, papaya, lemon, or other fresh export products** **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Experience: * Supplier development: 6 years (Preferred) * Supplier negotiation: 6 years (Preferred) * Fresh fruit sourcing: 6 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
