Analyzes trends and metrics to optimize content. **COSEA Business Group is seeking a DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR at Plaza Concentro \- Zapopan, Jalisco** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A COMPANY DEDICATED TO THE COMMERCIALIZATION OF HEALTH AND NUTRITION PRODUCTS INVITES YOU TO JOIN ITS TEAM AS: **DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR** Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Design, Audiovisual Production, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in the role, focused on wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or related industries Basic to intermediate English proficiency Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, InShot, etc.) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, including algorithm understanding, storytelling, trend analysis, and data interpretation (metrics, etc.) Experience in customer service and personnel management Responsibilities: Define content pillars aligned with the company’s three product lines, ensuring brand consistency. Create, organize, and monitor the monthly social media publishing calendar (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube) Analyze topics that interest the wellness and beauty community to create content that genuinely addresses user questions. Monitor competitors and global benchmarks to identify opportunities. Develop campaign aesthetics Design shot lists and required scenes for each campaign, ensuring all essential raw footage is captured for social media content Select locations, decorative elements (props), backgrounds, and aesthetic product placement for each shot to achieve the desired finish Write technical and narrative scripts for production Identify trending sounds, challenges, and viral formats daily to adapt them to the brand in real time Report on post performance (reach, engagement, saves) and adjust strategy based on results We Offer: Salary: $17,000–$18,000 MXN (gross), depending on experience Benefits compliant with Mexican labor law Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work location: Plaza Concentro (Av.
