Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a logistics professional with experience in load planning, weight distribution, transportation systems, and delivery coordination to optimize the supply chain. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in logistics and weight distribution optimization 2. Proficiency in TMS, WMS, and GPS tracking systems 3. Knowledge of multimodal transportation and delivery coordination Experience: * **3 to 5 years** in logistics * **Load planning and weight distribution**: load calculation tools, DOT/FMCSA regulations, axle weight limits, space optimization * Proficiency in **TMS, WMS, and GPS tracking systems**. * Intermediate English (minimum required for communication with carriers and agents in the U.S.). * Knowledge of **multimodal transportation** (maritime, rail, and road). * Experience coordinating delivery appointments with domestic customers (Walmart, Soriana, Oxxo, Mas Bodega). **Skills:** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and ability to work under pressure. * Organizational skills, focus on KPI compliance (OTD, OTA, % On-Time Placement, % Incidents\-Rejections, % On-Time Settlement) **Education:** * Degree in Logistics Engineering, International Trade, International Business, or equivalent incomplete degree
