Description

Position Summary: Responsible for administering, operating, and managing maintenance services to ensure optimal vehicle fleet operation and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive administration and management of vehicle fleet maintenance. 2. Supervision of preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. 3. Control of the vehicle chain in optimal condition. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Electromechanical Engineering Degree Minimum Experience: 4 years as department head (VERIFIABLE) Knowledge of diesel engines (MANDATORY). Flexible working hours. KNOWLEDGE: \* Administer, operate, and manage various maintenance department services \* Manage resources assigned to the department to effectively achieve and fulfill departmental objectives. \* Planning and supervision of preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. \* Essential technical knowledge of tractor-trailers, maintenance of gas and diesel injection engines, tire management, fleet management, and vehicle diagnostics. \* Coordinate and review work performed by current or future workshops or mechanics servicing the rolling stock. \* Maintain control records for each vehicle regarding performed maintenance, purchased spare parts, and labor hours for the fleet. \* Ensure the entire vehicle chain remains in optimal condition for operation. \* Vehicle image control. \* Extensive knowledge of applicable regulations.
