Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Type of Collaborator** Trust-based **Position Objective** Ensure the maintenance of the Corporate Audit System for the evaluation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across Grupo PiSA facilities, through compliance with internal and external audit programs, in accordance with established procedures and policies, as well as remediation plans for findings related to identified regulatory risks. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Ensure the maintenance of the Corporate Audit System across Grupo PiSA facilities by implementing the audit program to evaluate and improve the Quality Management System (QMS). * Maintain auditor qualification status and quality standards to ensure proper execution of corporate audits at facilities and external audits. * Ensure timely delivery of audit reports to audited facilities and to responsible departments overseeing action plan implementation for remediation of findings identified during corporate audits; advise, when necessary, on the development of action plans. * Ensure appropriate handling of External/Client audits to demonstrate compliance with the Corporate Audit System. Experience * Conducting external or internal audits * Quality management systems in manufacturing plants * Risk management for identification and analysis * Compliance Knowledge * National and international pharmaceutical regulations (NOM 059, NOM 164, NOM 073, NOM 241, NOM 249, NOM 220, CFR, ISO, INVIMA, ANVISA, etc.) and ICH, PICS, WHO, ISPE GAMP 5 guidelines, etc. * Risk management methodologies and tools * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Health regulation of pharmaceuticals: General Health Law, Regulations for Health Inputs, regulations for sterile compounding centers, hemodialysis centers, pharmaceutical storage and distribution centers, medical devices, food, pharmacy and hospital pharmacy regulations, FEUM.
