Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor with experience in an accounting firm, responsible for supervising staff and managing the accounting operations of various companies. Review of taxes and tax returns **Job Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a supervisor in an accounting firm. * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. * Knowledge of and proficiency with the CONTPAQ system. * Experience in accounting operations for both individual and corporate entities. * Proven experience in personnel management is mandatory. **Job Responsibilities** * Supervision of accountants and accounting assistants (ensuring timely and proper execution of their duties, providing support as required by staff, and performing accounting tasks for assigned companies). * Review of bank reconciliations. * Calculation and review of monthly and annual federal, state, and municipal taxes. * Review of monthly and annual tax return filings (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT). * Review of payroll invoicing and stamping processes. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Monthly net income of $21,000. * Bonuses for achieving performance goals. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
