




Position Summary: Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the proper execution of recruitment, personnel administration, and training processes. Collaboration in incident management and pre-payroll processing. **Position Objective:** Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the proper execution of processes related to recruitment, personnel administration, employee relations, training, and document control. Main Functions and Activities 1\. Personnel Administration * Compile and update physical and digital personnel files. * Collect onboarding documentation from new employees. * Manage employment contracts, renewals, and internal documents. * Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel modifications. * Maintain the employee database up to date. * Prepare employment certificates and administrative letters. 2\. Incident and Payroll Control * Collect attendance incidents, tardiness, leave requests, and vacation records. * Track disabilities and absences. * Assist in validating information for pre-payroll. * Follow up on receipt signatures and related documentation. 3\. Training and Development * Support logistics for internal training sessions. * Maintain attendance lists and training evidence. * Follow up on DC\-3 certificates and training files. * Coordinate organizational integration and development activities. Position RequirementsEducation * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or a related field (completed or in progress). Experience * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources or administrative areas is preferred. Knowledge * Recruitment and selection. * Personnel file administration. * Basic payroll (NOMIPAQ) and incident handling. * Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and HR processes. * Familiarity with IMSS portals (SUA, IDSE, VIRTUAL DESKTOP). * Knowledge of Infonavit and Fonacot portals is desirable.
