Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Trust-based **Position Objective** Implement training plans for teams and specialized machinery to contribute to productivity indicators and appropriate equipment usage at the plant. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Identify and report training needs for equipment or specialized machinery. * Develop and implement specialized training plans for optimal use of plant equipment or machinery. * Conduct training for personnel, manage logistics for execution, and develop or update training support materials or tools. * Track and analyze training plan compliance indicators as well as training effectiveness. * Participate in proposals for training and development improvements arising from projects impacting manufacturing operations or introducing new specialized machines or equipment. Experience * Pharmaceutical industry, production processes\-2 years * Maintenance (corrective/preventive) of pharmaceutical machinery \- 2 years * Application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) \- 1 year * Personnel training \- less than 1 year Knowledge * Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Pharmaceutical regulations (NOM 059 SSA1 2015\) Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics **Complementary Profile** * Design and/or measurement of training indicators At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity.
