Support continuous process improvement QUALITY SUPERVISOR Job Objective: Supervise and ensure compliance with quality standards in processes and services, ensuring proper implementation of applicable policies, procedures, and regulations, in order to maintain customer satisfaction and regulatory conformity. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise compliance with quality procedures across all operational areas. Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits. Identify, record, and track nonconformities and corrective actions. Train operational staff on quality, good practices, and applicable regulations. Manage documentation of the quality management system (manuals, procedures, forms). Prepare quality reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and root cause analyses. Support continuous improvement of processes related to quality, safety, and food safety. REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of ISO 9001 Internal audits Document management Use of measurement equipment Education: Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field. Experience: 1 year in quality assurance or quality control Knowledge of internal audits and document management, use of measurement equipment and laboratory testing, quality standards WE OFFER: Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM SALARY: $13,000 MXN gross monthly Statutory benefits and continuous training.
