Position Summary: UREBLOCK is seeking a Planner with experience in production planning and project management, who is proactive and capable of collaborating within multidisciplinary teams. Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams. **UREBLOCK**, a leading manufacturer of polyurethane foam, is hiring for its TLAJOMULCO plant. PLANNER **Academic Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering or related field (Logistics/Relevant discipline) * Intermediate to advanced English (60% proficiency preferred). * Intermediate to advanced Excel. **Required Experience and Knowledge:** * Experience in production planning and project management. * Proactive with experience in problem solving. * Ability to interact with various production departments and achieve objectives. * Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams. * Profile oriented toward organization and task execution. **We Offer** * Base salary: MXN 18,000–20,000 per month * 10% food vouchers (capped) * Subsidized cafeteria * Statutory benefits plus enhanced benefits (grocery vouchers, savings fund, subsidized cafeteria, etc.) * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00–$20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Application Questions: * Do you have easy access to Adolf Horn? * What is your monthly salary expectation? * Which planning software have you used?
