Position Summary: Inventory Coordinator for a leading beauty products company, responsible for comprehensive coordination and control of inventories, including supervision and continuous improvement. With its brands MC and GC Nails, it seeks: Inventory Coordinator Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience. • Residence near the area. • Work schedule: Monday to Friday; Saturdays half-day. • Knowledge of iDrall (preferred). Responsibilities: • Coordinate and control physical and systemic inventories across warehouses. • Supervise material receipts, issuances, transfers, and returns. • Define and monitor inventory levels, maximums, minimums, and reorder points. • Execute and lead physical inventory control, cycle counts, FEFO system implementation, handling of non-conforming products, shrinkage, segregation of finished goods pallets, and knowledge of shipping operations. • Lead and supervise operational staff involved in inventory control. • Ensure compliance with procedures, internal policies, and internal controls. • Participate in continuous improvement and inventory optimization projects.
