In partnership with **LODELA and RUBA**, it creates functional spaces with high value and amenities. It specializes in intelligent urban densification, designing high-appreciation apartments and pent\-houses in central areas. Due to our success, Intraurbana is currently expanding and growing; therefore, we are seeking: Position: **Structural Supervisor** Position Objective: Supervise and ensure the correct execution of structural work on **high-rise residential projects**, ensuring compliance with drawings, specialized construction processes, regulations, quality, safety, and project schedules—particularly for complex structural systems and deep foundations. ### **Requirements** * Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering degree. * **Minimum 4 years of experience** supervising vertical structural work. * Mandatory experience in: * Towers of **more than 12 stories**. * **Deep foundations (piles)** – mandatory requirement. * Knowledge and proficiency in: * Prefabricated systems: **hollow-core slabs, pre-beams, lightweight slabs**. * Desirable: **post-tensioned and pre-tensioned slabs**. * Deep excavation processes. * Movement and coordination of heavy machinery. * Shotcrete walls and descending wall systems. * Reading and interpretation of **structural drawings**. * **Intermediate AutoCAD skills** (desirable). * Basic **Office software suite**. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the structural construction work of the project. * Monitor the construction process according to drawings and specifications. * Verify reinforcement placement, prefabricated systems, formwork, and concrete pours. * Supervise高空 operations and work at height under safety standards. * Receive and validate **material test reports** (concrete, steel, laboratory). * Coordinate activities with surveying, laboratory, and contractors. * Prepare progress reports and maintain effective internal communication. * Exercise operational field leadership. **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM and 3:30 PM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (Sundays off) * Statutory benefits \+ enhanced (30 days’ year-end bonus) * **OFFERED SALARY: $26,000\.00** **WORK LOCATION:** **ELARC:** 5698 Av.
