Supervise the transfer of various products from storage locations to the shipping dock Coordinate warehouse workers to pick requested merchandise onto transport vehicles, considering existing workload to improve process efficiency. Physically inspect picked products to maintain inventory control. Supervise proper loading of products onto the corresponding vehicle to prevent delivery errors, and ensure correct merchandise arrangement to avoid damage and deliver high-quality customer service.
