Due to growth, we are seeking our next: Purchasing Analyst Your main responsibilities will include: Managing the preparation, validation, and end-to-end tracking of purchase orders—from issuance through receipt Requesting and tracking supplier quotations, ensuring compliance with specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines Supporting supplier performance evaluation through monitoring quality, delivery, and other key indicators Tracking price changes and updates, verifying validity periods, terms, and their impact on costs Generating internal procurement reports—including supplier reports, open/closed orders, and departmental KPIs—to support decision-making Required Qualifications: Completed bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, or related field 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) food sector Intermediate-level Excel proficiency Organized individual with attention to detail, service orientation, results-driven mindset, and analytical skills Willingness to work on-site What We Offer: Competitive base salary Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM Expanding company with growth opportunities Job stability and professional development Workplace culture focused on employees · Work Location: Tlaquepaque, Jal.
