Requirements: * **Bachelor's degree:** Psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in recruitment and selection. * **Specialization:** Must have experience handling administrative, middle-management, specialized, and executive profiles. * **Tools:** Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (OCC, Indeed), and headhunting techniques. * Immediate availability for the one-month project. Responsibilities: * Collaborating with department leaders to define position requirements. * Active sourcing, headhunting, and job posting. * In-depth interviews and candidate screening. * Submission of three viable candidates each week. * Coordinating interview schedules with executives.
