Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with experience in the accounting cycle, responsible for accounting and tax-related tasks, as well as effective communication with clients. Direct customer service and interaction **Job Description:** We are looking for an **Accountant (8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)** with prior experience across the entire accounting cycle. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and tax-related tasks, ensuring compliance with obligations before the SAT (Tax Administration Service), and maintaining effective communication with clients. **Responsibilities:** * Operation of the **Contpaq** system * Entry of journal entries: income, expenses, and general ledger * **Bank reconciliations** * Submission of **electronic accounting** records * Submission of the **DIOT** (Monthly Tax Information Return) * Calculation and filing of **taxes** via the **SAT** portal * Direct customer service and interaction **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting (graduated or intern) * Prior experience in similar roles * Advanced proficiency in **Contpaq** * Intermediate **Excel** skills * Up-to-date knowledge of tax matters * Ability to work in an organized manner with attention to detail * Strong interpersonal skills with customers and a proactive attitude **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Salary:** $11,000 to $13,000, depending on qualifications **Additional Benefits Beyond Statutory Requirements:** Major Medical Expense Insurance.
