Focus on development and workplace climate **Sanwa Screen Mexico** — A Japanese industrial manufacturing company **Due to company expansion and growth:** **We invite you to join our team!** Seeking: **HR ASSISTANT (3-month temporary position)** **Requirements:** · Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree or current candidate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or Pedagogy · Gender: Not specified · Age: 23 years or older · Ability to commute to the facilities **Skills** · Proactivity and initiative · Teamwork · Working under pressure · Decision-making · Resource and personnel management **Responsibilities:** · Conduct recruitment and selection processes · Verify proper compliance with and implementation of BPMs and PPE · Carry out hiring processes and employee onboarding · Administer psychometric tests and assessments · Manage employee terminations and exit interviews · Record attendance, absences, and incidents · Participate in the implementation of NOM-035 and workplace climate initiatives · Monitor correct execution of the training plan and performance evaluations · Participate in developing and implementing corrective actions to reduce turnover and absenteeism · Follow up on celebrations, birthdays, and holidays · Maintain personnel files, ensuring completeness of documentation, absences, vacations, permits, incidents, sanctions, and received trainings · Any other duties reasonably related to the position **We Offer:** · Job stability · Direct employment with the company · Statutory benefits · Biweekly salary · 13% savings fund · Biweekly food vouchers · Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:40 pm Salary: $10,000.00 – $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
