1. Control access for staff, operators, suppliers, and visitors.
2. Conduct physical inspections of cargo units and utility vehicles.
3. Monitor and report incidents to maintain security.
JOB OBJECTIVE
Control and supervise the entry and exit of people, units, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal security procedures, access control, and operational inspections, thereby contributing to maintaining facility order and protection.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Control access for staff, operators, suppliers, and visitors.
Record entries and exits of units and individuals.
Perform physical and visual inspections of cargo units, tractors, and utility vehicles.
Apply inspection protocols for backpacks, personal belongings, and units in accordance with internal procedures and CTPAT requirements.
Validate access and exit documentation.
Monitor and report incidents or irregular situations.
Support preventive patrols within the yard and facilities.
Verify compliance with established security measures.
Maintain constant communication with operations, monitoring, and human resources teams.
Prepare basic surveillance logs and reports.
PROFILE
Must be of legal age.
Minimum education: Completed junior high school.
Preferred: Completed high school.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security, asset protection, or access control positions.
Preferred experience in transportation, logistics, or operational yard companies.
Flexible availability for work schedule.
