Main Responsibilities: ° Structure and formalize HR department processes ° Recruitment and personnel selection ° Preparation and management of contracts, personnel files, and compliance with labor laws ° Implementation of hiring, retention, and separation strategies ° Administration of performance and workplace climate evaluations ° Identification of training needs ° Employee support and incident follow-up ° Planning of institutional events Desired Profile: ° Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related field ° Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position ° Proficiency with recruitment platforms and psychometric assessments ° General knowledge of labor law ° Assertive communication, emotional intelligence, and negotiation skills ° Organization and results-oriented mindset We Offer: ° Statutory benefits ° Professional development ° Immediate hiring Interested candidates should submit their updated CV.
