Ensure the best service and sales experience. **Header – External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Region South Pacific Entity: Jalisco Location Type: Guadalajara Plaza Galerias Store **Position Objective** --------------------------- Advise customers to identify their service needs in AT&T stores, achieving optimization while adhering to established processes and policies. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure service level, thereby providing alternatives for problem resolution. Implement quality standards established by Management, and likewise ensure the best service and sales experience. Accurately and completely record customer visits in the company’s systems for improved satisfaction.
