Mission: At Missionaries of Guadalupe, we are dedicated to evangelization; Currently, we are seeking a motivated and committed Nurse to join our team. · Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality patient care and medical attention, following established protocols and procedures. - Conduct accurate nursing assessments and appropriately document findings. - Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor and record vital signs and other physiological indicators of patients. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and coordination of patient care. - Participate in training and orientation of new healthcare team members. - Demonstrate a sense of urgency and act promptly in crisis or emergency situations. - Show empathy, active listening, and understanding toward patients and their families. - Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members. - Demonstrate persuasion and assertiveness when necessary to ensure patient cooperation and treatment adherence. - Be proactive in identifying problems and seeking solutions. - Adhere to patient care standards and maintain confidentiality of medical information. · Requirements: - Minimum education: Technical Nursing Degree. - Minimum 1 year of experience working with geriatric patients. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathetic skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team. - Demonstrated persuasion and assertiveness skills. - Responsible and committed to the principles and values of Missionaries of Guadalupe. - Availability. - Basic computer literacy and proficiency in operating medical equipment and devices.
