About the role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to deliver exceptional client support and manage loan accounts on a daily basis. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth customer experience by handling inquiries, supporting payment processes, and maintaining accurate account records. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries related to account status, payments, and delinquency. Assist customers with water payment processing and guide them through payment schedules, especially in cases of past-due accounts. Support reporting needs related to delinquency, partial payments, and account statements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within loan servicing and account management systems. Conduct welcome calls to new homeowners prior to their first payment, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer requests. Qualifications: High school diploma required; degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, loan servicing, collections, or a related area. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach. Basic understanding of financial terminology and loan or mortgage processes is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer tools and account management systems.
