Opportunity for career development within the company At Veloswim, we seek a responsible Pool Coordinator to supervise activities in the aquatic area, ensuring proper operation of swimming classes, effective organization of the teaching team, and an excellent experience for students and their parents. The person in this position must coordinate the instructor team, monitor lesson planning, and resolve incidents arising during daily operations. Responsibilities Supervise the proper delivery of swimming classes. Coordinate and support the teaching team. Monitor lesson plans and teaching methodology. Organize groups, schedules, and lane assignments in the pool. Address questions or situations involving students and parents. Resolve operational incidents related to the pool area. Supervise compliance with safety regulations. Prepare reports or activity tracking for the area. Requirements Experience in teaching swimming or aquatic activities. Experience coordinating work teams (preferred). Ability to manage groups. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Leadership attitude and sense of responsibility.
