Position Summary: This Educational Sous Chef role supports warehouse administration and supply requisition for gastronomy practice sessions, while teaching classes and workshops. Key Highlights: 1. Sous Chef In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in warehouse administration and requisitioning necessary supplies for uninterrupted gastronomy practice sessions, fully complying at all times with institutional regulations. Your work will align with our global mission, generating impact on the academic excellence of our graduates. Your key challenges: 1\. Raw material and supply requisition. 2\. Teaching courses and workshops within gastronomy laboratories. 3\. Conducting gastronomy workshops for NI (New Entrants), retention, and absorption. 5\. Verification of laboratory and warehouse inventories. 6\. Maintaining control over gastronomy laboratories before, during, and upon closure of the academic cycle. Profile We Seek Essential Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or related field, with official degree and professional license. * Minimum 1 year of experience in your field of training. * Minimum 6 months of teaching experience.
