Position Summary: A leading company in the food industry is seeking a Payroll Analyst (IMSS) to prepare and process payroll, calculate benefits, and manage procedures with various institutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Weekly and biweekly payroll preparation and processing 2. Management of INFONAVIT, IMSS, and FONACOT procedures 3. San Rafael, Guadalajara, Jal.** **We Offer:** * Base salary of $15,100 * Food vouchers ($700 monthly) * Attendance bonus ($704 monthly) * Punctuality bonus ($704 monthly) * Statutory benefits * Subsidized cafeteria and employee discount * Free monthly product and birthday voucher * Funeral, dental, roadside, and home assistance (plumbing, locksmithing, glass repair) * Free medical examinations * Ground ambulance service for emergencies * Discounts on major and minor medical expenses * Discounts at optical stores and specialist clinics **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Weekly and biweekly payroll preparation and processing * Calculation of year-end bonus (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), severance pay (finiquitos), vacation premium (prima vacacional), bonuses, food vouchers, and disbursement * Employee registration, termination, and modifications in IDSE * Data entry and control in SUA * Monthly and bimonthly IMSS calculation and submission * Management and processing of INFONAVIT, IMSS, and FONACOT procedures * Recording of medical leaves and incapacities * Issuance and retention of payroll receipts * Determination of occupational risk premium * Annual payroll tax calculation * Generation of pre-payroll and personnel file management **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 2 years of payroll experience * Proficiency in NOMIPAQ * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law, and Income Tax Law (ISR) * Expertise in IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT * Experience calculating payroll, PTU, severance pay, and variable components Salary: Starting from $17,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
