Job Summary: We are seeking an ETL Test Engineer with experience in end-to-end data validation to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in defect management and automation identification. **Capital Empresarial Horizonte Empresa Mexicana, a Human Resources and Information Technology specialist, is seeking:** ETL Test Engineer **Conversational English Required** To work in **GDL** **Hybrid Work Model: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite** **Job Summary:** * Minimum **5 years** of experience in **ETL testing** * In-depth knowledge of banking data. * Solid **SQL and Python** knowledge is highly desirable. * Responsible for **executing tests and performing end-to-end data validation** for data assets, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency from source systems to solutions. * Translate business and data requirements into comprehensive data test scenarios, including SQL-based validation of transformations, aggregations, and derived fields. * Perform **integration, regression, and UAT testing**, identifying, documenting, and managing resolution of data defects. * Validate data lineage, attribution, and auditability, ensuring alignment with mapping documents, context diagrams, and regulatory expectations. * Develop **data test documentation, test plans, and validation artifacts** to support the project and serve as single coordination points for data testing. Cross-team and cross-platform test responsibility. * Promote data quality standards, controls, and best practices across all analytics teams, with deep understanding of financial risk management requirements.
