Position Summary: Supervise on-site execution of civil construction works, coordinating activities and identifying deviations to ensure compliance with drawings and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and reporting of construction progress DESCRIPTION **CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 8:30 AM \- 6:30 PM, and Saturdays 9:00 AM \- 1:00 PM **Work Location:** Jardines del Bosque neighborhood, Guadalajara, Jal. **Salary:** $20,000 MXN per month (take-home pay) \+ Statutory benefits. **Requirements:** * Age: 20 to 40 years old * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture. * Minimum 2 years of experience executing civil works in residential vertical projects * Proficiency in ERP systems (NEODATA/ENKONTROL) **Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily on-site supervision of civil construction works. * Verify that execution complies with drawings, specifications, and current regulations. * Coordinate activities among contractors and different specialized disciplines. * Identify deviations and propose corrective actions. * Monitor the construction schedule and timelines. * Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Prepare construction logs and reports. * Document photographic progress and technical evidence. * Perform daily site inspections. * Coordinate operational meetings with contractors. * Supervise concrete pours, formwork, reinforcement, and finishes. * Review compliance with structural specifications. * Review estimates and executed volumes. * Report risks, delays, and deviations to management.
