Inspect the condition of facilities (electrical, hydraulic, painting) Position: Maintenance Assistant Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and proactive Maintenance Assistant responsible for supporting preventive and corrective maintenance tasks within the facilities, guaranteeing their good condition and proper operation. Requirements: Completed technical high school education Knowledge of: Electricity Plumbing Painting Use of manual and electric tools Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance Experience in swimming pool maintenance Knowledge of drywall work Operation and knowledge of emergency power generators Responsibilities: Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance Perform cleaning, inspection, and parameter control in swimming pools Inspect the condition of facilities (electrical, hydraulic, painting, etc.) Carry out minor repairs Provide support for internal facility modifications and relocations Record performed activities in logbooks We Offer: Monthly gross salary of $12,400 Statutory benefits Subsidized cafeteria Additional benefits Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work Location: Atemajac del Valle. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education years of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, maintenance, conservation, conservacion, mantenimiento
