Supervising and coordinating maintenance staff **Position: Maintenance Engineer** We are looking for a committed and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our team. **Requirements:** * Education: Engineering degree (not mandatory) * Minimum 2 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor or similar position * Knowledge of machinery room operations * Experience in planning and executing preventive maintenance * Leadership and teamwork skills **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff * Ensure proper operation of equipment and facilities * Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs * Control and optimize departmental resources **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Hotel industry experience is not mandatory.
