Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Trust-based **Job Objective** Manage, analyze, and generate information from data by developing analytical solutions, reports, and KPIs—ensuring their reliability, availability, and accurate visualization—to support the organization’s strategic and operational decision-making. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Create, update, and maintain reports, databases, and KPIs to ensure timely and reliable access to information. * Manage and analyze data to generate key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards that facilitate monitoring, tracking, and analysis of results. * Document processes, methodologies, and data logic to ensure operational continuity and proper use of information. Experience * Data management and analysis * Development and monitoring of KPIs, reports, and dashboards Knowledge * Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Pivot, Power Query, macros, and advanced formulas) * Business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or others) * Programming and data handling (Python and/or R, SQL) * Database modeling and management. Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics/Administrative Fields * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science **Complementary Profile** * Preferred experience in: + ETL processes (extraction, transformation, and loading of data) + Automation of reporting and data processes + Design of cloud-connected dashboards. * Preferred knowledge of: + Statistical and forecasting methods + Machine learning models (regression, classification, neural networks) + Additional programming platforms and languages (Visual Basic, Advanced SQL, Power Automate). * Intermediate English proficiency.
