In our Business Unit, we are looking for a Customer Success DAAS professional to lead contract renewals, drive expansion of the installed base, and ensure proper adoption of our portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring customer success, satisfaction, and continuity of delivered value. What will you do in this role? * Manage key metrics such as Churn Rate and Expansion Rate using the Customer Success methodology. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM, complying with established policies. * Obtain and maintain required manufacturer certifications, ensuring an optimal level of consultative selling. * Promote emerging portfolio solutions and new opportunities selected by the manufacturer. * Ensure proper compliance with internal processes and coordination with the manufacturer and distributor. * Participate in value delivery, generating evidence such as reports, metrics, and Success Stories. * Support customers throughout the adoption process—from Welcome Kit to monthly and performance reports. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Experience: 1 year in sales, contract management, administration, or customer service. * Work model: Hybrid. * Personal vehicle: Preferred. * Availability for occasional travel.
