Job Summary: Teleperformance is seeking a Bilingual Chat Technical Support Agent to handle issues related to statistical enterprise software. Key Highlights: 1. Support the resolution of issues with statistical enterprise software applications or websites—via chat, email, or ticket handling. Training schedule: Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
