Position Summary: We are seeking a Community Communication Programs Consultant with experience in community engagement and social strategies to strengthen the company-community relationship. COMMUNITY COMMUNICATION PROGRAMS CONSULTANT · Jocotepec, Jalisco (ZIP Code 45800) (Must have genuine availability to travel to communities and rural areas) · A prominent group of companies focused on social impact, sustainability, and community development projects seeks a professional with solid experience in community engagement, implementation of social strategies in the field, and communication management with communities, producers, local stakeholders, and organizations. This position will be pivotal in strengthening the company-community relationship, facilitating territorial dialogue, identifying social risks, and proposing communication and social advocacy strategies aligned with environmental and community projects. · What are we looking for? Individuals with REAL experience working on social programs and territorial communication strategies. Development and implementation of community programs Social or territorial communication strategies Engagement with communities, ejidos, producers, or local stakeholders Diagnosis of social issues and agreement-building · Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the company, communities, and local stakeholders Design communication and community engagement strategies Facilitate dialogue with communities, producers, municipalities, and local leaders Identify risks, tensions, and opportunities in the field Monitor commitments and social programs Generate reports and analyses of community impact/perception Coordinate social communication activities related to sustainability, inclusion, and the environment Participate in social impact, education, reforestation, and community development projects · Position Conditions Fee-based project / service provision Initial duration of approximately 1 year (with potential extension depending on project) Fixed monthly income Monthly payment against invoice Private accident insurance and minor/major medical expense coverage Gasoline, per diem, and meal support for fieldwork Hybrid and field-based work Flexible schedule oriented toward deliverables Owning a personal vehicle and holding a valid driver’s license is highly valued · Ideal Profile Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Sociology, Sustainable Development, Social Sciences, Biology, Environmental Management, or related fields.
