We are currently seeking to integrate a Level 1 SAP Technical Support specialist into our team to help ensure proper system operation and provide timely response to incidents reported by users. **Job Objective** Provide first-level technical support to SAP system users, addressing incidents, tracking requirements, and ensuring operational continuity of the system within the organization. **Responsibilities** * Receive and log SAP-related incidents reported by users. * Provide first-level technical support to resolve system operational issues. * Escalate technical incidents to higher support levels when necessary. * Track support tickets until resolution. * Assist with basic system configuration and validation of user access. * Document recurring incidents and applied solutions. * Support functional testing during system enhancements or updates. * Provide basic user training on system usage when required. * Maintain communication with internal departments to ensure proper system operation. **Requirements** **Education** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field. * Willingness to travel **Experience** * Experience providing technical support to end users. * Experience supporting or using ERP systems (preferably SAP). * Experience handling and tracking incidents. **Technical Knowledge** * SAP usage and operation (preferred). * End-user technical support. * Basic system administration. * Ticket management or helpdesk operations. * Microsoft Office. **Competencies** * Customer service * Problem solving * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Teamwork * Responsibility * Results orientation **We Offer** * **Competitive salary commensurate with experience and skills.** * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * 7% savings fund * 10% weekly punctuality bonus * 10% weekly attendance bonus * Job stability * Participation in strategic technology projects * Opportunity for professional growth
