Position Summary:
We are seeking a Safety and Hygiene Supervisor to ensure regulatory compliance, supervise safety on vertical construction projects, and coordinate emergency plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leads safety and regulatory compliance in construction.
2. Supervises and coordinates occupational risk prevention.
3. Ensures personnel welfare and worksite conditions.

WE ARE HIRING A SAFETY AND HYGIENE SUPERVISOR
Age: 25 to 35 years old
Education: Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Paramedic, or related field
MUST-HAVE: Compliance with safety protocols specified in NOM-031-STPS-2011, NOM-031-STPS-2011, and the Federal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health.
Experience in vertical construction projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise compliance with the Official Mexican Standard (NOM) and applicable STPS regulations for work execution.
Verify that personnel have appropriate and well-maintained personal protective equipment (PPE).
Conduct safety talks prior to the start of each work shift.
Perform daily safety inspections on site.
Prepare work permits.
Identify and correct unsafe working conditions and acts.
Coordinate emergency drills and emergency response plans.
Supervise food consumption areas, restrooms, and common zones.
Identify hygiene-related hazards (dust, noise, chemical substances).
Monitor proper handling of waste (hazardous and non-hazardous).
Supervise visual order on site (materials, tools, wiring).
Ensure proper and visible signage (safety, routes, notices).
Deliver induction training to newly hired personnel.
Supervise high-risk activities, including work at heights, confined spaces, cutting and welding, lifting operations, and chemical handling.
WE OFFER
Monthly salary: $19,000 MXN (tax-free)
Statutory benefits
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
