Job Summary: Integra Estrategias is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and integrate the development of wastewater treatment plant projects, ensuring optimal resource utilization and achievement of desired outcomes. Decision-making and corrective actions. **Integra Estrategias is seeking a Project Manager in Guadalajara, Jalisco** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Company dedicated to designing and implementing customized comprehensive solutions for the treatment of industrial, sanitary, and potable water.** **PROJECT MANAGER** ***Objective:*** Ensure the successful development of wastewater treatment plant projects through coordinated and integrated planning and execution of activities, maximizing company resource utilization and achieving expected project outcomes. ***Requirements:*** * Industrial Engineer or related degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Knowledge of Environmental Management. * Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics. * Knowledge of project administration and execution. * Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software. * Willingness to travel. ***Responsibilities:*** * Project design for wastewater treatment plant development. * Reporting on project progress and making appropriate decisions and corrective actions in response to unforeseen or unanticipated situations. * Visiting clients for site surveys and/or facility assessments, conducted jointly with Sales (Coordinator) and the External Project Executor. * Ensuring completeness of information folders. * Supporting client training (depending on project type). * Proper management of assigned resources required to perform duties. * Submission of reports and documents required by General Management, ensuring transparency regarding project knowledge and execution. ***We Offer:*** * Salary: $25,000 gross monthly. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–18:00 hrs; Friday, 8:00–15:00 hrs. * Work location: Guadalajara, Jal.
