Horn \#700, adjacent to Real del Valle Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 hrs Salary: $22,904 monthly gross Job Description We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to design, implement, and monitor process improvement projects in logistics operations, promoting a culture of efficiency, quality, and innovation. Responsibilities Identify opportunities for improvement in operational and logistical processes. Design and lead continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects. Implement quality tools and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Monitor KPIs and results of improvement initiatives. Encourage staff participation in improvement projects. Requirements Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in continuous improvement, processes, or projects. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process analysis, and project management. Analytical thinking and process improvement skills.
