Position Summary: We are seeking a Regional Manager responsible for providing support to the commercial department, ensuring proper credit placement, and maintaining close relationships with clients and brokers. Axionex Financiera is a Mexican company offering credits and financing solutions to drive the growth of SMEs. We are currently looking for a **Regional Manager**, responsible for supporting the commercial department and ensuring that the credit placement process is carried out correctly, orderly, and efficiently, while maintaining close relationships with clients and brokers. **Main Responsibilities** * Achieve and exceed credit placement targets through client and broker acquisition. * Evaluate clients and present cases to the credit committee for approval. * Collect and submit complete documentation, tracking the credit process. * Coordinate formalization and notarial signing. * Maintain client relationships for information updates and retention. * Identify potential risks or payment delays and assist in their resolution or collection. **Requirements** * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in credit placement, financing, or the financial sector. * Experience in client service, broker relations, or portfolio development. * Knowledge of credit analysis and approval processes. **We Offer** * **Salary:** $40,000 – $45,000 gross monthly * **Statutory benefits** * **30 days’ year-end bonus** **Working Hours** * (8:30 am\-6:30 pm) * **Hybrid work model:** Remote work Salary: $40,000\.00 \- $45,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Remote work * Free uniforms Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Guadalajara, Jal.
