Support implementation and follow-up of Annual Training Plans. 4\.\- Talent Management: Ensure execution of Talent Management Cycle campaigns: Annual Goal Setting, Check-in Conversations, Talent Mapping, and Annual Performance Reviews. 5\.\- Labor Relations: Perform required labor-related activities to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
