Fieldwork requires availability to travel or reside in another municipality in Jalisco. Your responsibilities as a TECHNICAL ASSISTANT: Direct support to the specialized technician in fiber optic installations Assistance in cable laying, conduit installation, and fiber connection Preparation and delivery of tools and work materials Support in basic functionality testing Equipment loading and unloading Basic maintenance and organization of the work area Following instructions from the field technician REQUIREMENTS: Basic knowledge or interest in fiber optics/telecommunications Responsible and proactive Availability to travel or live in another municipality is mandatory WE OFFER: Continuous training Growth opportunity to become a specialized technician Job stability Statutory benefits from day one Per diems for out-of-town assignments Shared housing, if applicable Salary: Starting at $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Food vouchers Relocation/moving capability: * Guadalajara, Jal.: Ability to commute to work without issues or plan relocation prior to starting work (Mandatory) Travel availability: * 100 % (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
