We are looking for: **MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENGINEER** **Responsibilities:** * Propose and implement improvements to established processes, focusing on efficiency and compliance with quality standards * Analyze and resolve process-related problems to enhance operational effectiveness and ensure result accuracy * Update and improve processes * Develop and control internal documentation * Document processes, prepare records, and manage changes * Follow up on customer non-conformities * Root cause analysis * Manage and monitor quality and productivity KPIs, ensuring performance indicators align with organizational goals. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering or related field * 6 months to 1 year of experience (Preferred but not mandatory) * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * **Availability to work at Adolf B.
