Manage staff schedules and training. **Diamonds Casino is looking for a "FLOOR MANAGER"** **We offer:** \-Monthly base salary of $15,000 MXN. \-Statutory benefits plus Fonacot and Nomicash. \-Optical services with discount. \-Subsidized transportation for night shift. **Shift rotation availability is mandatory.** **Main Responsibilities:** \-Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring proper functioning across all areas (sales, waitstaff, security, housekeeping). \-Coordinate team activities at the start of each shift: zone assignments, schedules, and operational guidelines. \-Provide direct customer service, resolving complaints, inquiries, and incidents. \-Verify staff appearance, uniforms, and work tools. \-Manage staff schedules, vacations, and attendance issues in coordination with HR. \-Monitor equipment and machine conditions and follow up on maintenance. \-Support key departments such as systems, marketing, and sales. \-Coordinate staff training sessions and follow-up meetings. \-Follow up with suppliers and external service providers. \-Ensure proper operational closure: floor tidiness, area inspections, and administrative control.
