Job Summary: Contribute to the efficient administration and operation of servers and storage, implementing new services and verifying equipment performance to provide agile platforms. Support and monitoring of server platforms **JOB MISSION** Contribute to the efficient administration and operation of both servers and storage, performing required configurations according to services, as well as implementing new services while verifying equipment performance to deliver agile platforms with reduced response times. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Configure access permissions and restrictions for Windows application servers * Install new servers to ensure proper functionality * Provide support for server platforms such as Windows and services (DNS, DHCP, AD, etc.) across the national IT department * Resolve server failures or PC operational issues by responding to and tracking tickets * Monitor servers using the current toolset to prevent and avoid potential incidents **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Telecommunications, or Telematics * 1 year of experience administering physical and virtual servers * Basic knowledge of email and mobile telephony * Knowledge of Linux and Windows * VMware proficiency Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $21,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * Have you worked on configuring and installing Windows application servers? * Do you have experience supporting server platforms such as Windows and services (DNS, DHCP, AD)? * Have you worked on resolving server failures or operational issues?
