Your main objective will be to optimize the shopping experience and boost sales through creative and functional display proposals. The ideal candidate stands out for their creative vision, deep knowledge of fashion trends, and ability to transform concepts into attractive commercial displays that connect with customers and reflect the brand's DNA. Responsibilities Plan, implement, and audit display guidelines at points of sale. Develop and execute campaigns, window displays, and store layouts. Analyze product rotation and define display strategies to maximize sales. Ensure proper visual update and maintenance of stores. Requirements / Key Competencies Proven experience in leading and coordinating VM teams. Knowledge of textures, prints, and seasonal fashion trends for Levi's and commercial retail. Leadership skills, assertive communication, and ability to work under pressure. Analytical ability to improve product performance on the sales floor.
