We seek a **Failure Analysis Engineer** with a deeply technical profile capable of identifying root causes of failures in complex electronic boards. Requirements: Education: * Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields * Basic to Intermediate English (writing, speaking, and reading) Experience: * Telecommunications projects * Data traffic failure analysis (PRBS, I2C, JTAG) * Teamwork * Short-circuit analysis methods * Knowledge of methodologies (CIMAS & Kaizen, Jidokas, Job, RMA's) * CAD usage for schematic and diagram reading Knowledge: * Fundamental knowledge of digital and analog electronics * Interpretation of electronic schematics * Communication protocols (PRBS, BER, I2C, JTAG) * Use of measurement equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR meter, variable power supplies) * Programming language knowledge (Python preferred) * Command-line interface usage Skills: * Leadership * Skills to resolve and identify root causes of epidemic failures * Teamwork to involve and disseminate information across the team * Decision-making ability to resolve issues within one's scope * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team * Positive attitude **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary commensurate with your technical experience * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** * Growth opportunities at the world's No. 1 electronics manufacturing company **Work Conditions:** * **Location:** Plataforma Park (Carretera al Salto) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Workplace: On-site employment
