Join us and become part of our great Wellness family! **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (GENERAL MAINTENANCE)** **SPORTS WORLD RIOJA** **Education:** Minimum technical high school diploma in Electricity, Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related field; or incomplete engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related). **Experience:** Minimum 2 years **(verifiable with employment certificates)** in a supervisory or coordination role within the maintenance area, preferably in hotels and/or gyms. **Responsibilities:** Ensure proper operation of club operational equipment (control panels, boilers, hydro-pneumatic systems, sauna, emergency power plant, air conditioning, substations, carpentry, and drywall) through preventive and corrective maintenance. Guarantee compliance with operational and maintenance standards for equipment and facilities, based on institutional and supplier manuals. Procure spare parts, materials, and supplies.
