Conflict resolution and teamwork A reputable private security company with over 20 years of experience in the industry is seeking your talent. **SHIFT SUPERVISOR** **Job Description:** \- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities performed by security personnel assigned to the shift. \- Reports absences, coordinates position rotations and meal schedules for security agents. \- Prepares shift handover/receipt reports, reports equipment malfunctions, and guards’ disciplinary issues. \- Ensures compliance with security procedures at every post. \- Reports full staffing levels and personnel shortages. \- Ensures perimeter patrols are conducted. \- Responds to incidents. \- Prepares security reports. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure adherence to asset protection guidelines, plans, and programs established within the company’s security management system; serve as the primary role model for ethical conduct and commitment to corporate values. * Protect all individuals carrying out lawful activities that benefit the organization—both inside and outside company facilities when required—as well as all physical assets and confidential information related to corporate security. * Provide initial follow-up on incident reports. * Review and prepare daily security reports and guards’ daily logs. * Implement security programs to ensure safe product delivery through supply chain management systems, C\-TPAT, and OEA. * Strong analytical ability regarding security matters and considerable discretion in highly sensitive and confidential matters. * Availability to work on non-standard days and hours when necessary. * Manage and resolve escalations related to the behavior of subordinate security guards. **Position Requirements:** Completed high school education Minimum one year of experience in similar roles.
