At Servicios a la Infraestructura Aeroportuaria del Pacífico, we are seeking a Digital Adoption Manager to ensure that digital solutions and systems used in the Group’s financial, commercial, and business processes are effectively and efficiently adopted by all involved users, guaranteeing that technological investments translate into tangible improvements in operational efficiency, productivity, internal control, and regulatory compliance. Facilitate the transition to digital transformation within finance, commercial, and business areas through functional documentation, support during testing, training, process standardization, and measurement of actual tool usage—ensuring each implementation delivers value and operates sustainably in daily operations .Work Location: Av. Mariano Otero 1249 B, Guadalajara Jalisco **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * AS IS / TO BE modeling * Functional documentation (BRD / FRD) * Project management * Digital transformation * Internal control and segregation of duties **Skills** * MS Project * Project administration * Analytical and synthetic thinking * Conflict resolution **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage and track digital requests related to financial processes, ensuring their registration, classification, and documentation according to the official methodology of the Digital Adoption area. * Develop and validate functional documents (AS IS, TO BE, BRD, FRD) to ensure technological solutions meet business requirements. * Coordinate functional testing (UAT) with finance users, verifying workflows, validations, accounting catalogs, business rules, and regulatory compliance prior to any release. * Monitor daily operations of financial systems, identifying functional needs, incidents, and automation opportunities to maintain operational continuity. * Timely and formal communication with all areas involved in functional changes, updates, releases, and financial system adjustments. * Design and deliver functional training to key and end users, ensuring clarity in processes, proper tool usage, and adherence to digital adoption guidelines. * Support post\-Go\-Live processes by providing functional support, resolving operational queries, and ensuring correct adoption of new functionalities. * Review and consolidate financial digital adoption metrics (usage, satisfaction, incidents, deviations), presenting executive reports with conclusions and improvement recommendations All our recruitment processes are impartial.
