Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor for a confectionery company, responsible for supervising production plans, quality, line adjustments, maintenance, and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise daily and weekly production plans 2. Ensure production and raw material quality 3. Coordinate maintenance and manage personnel LEADING COMPANY IN THE CONFECTIONERY INDUSTRY REQUIRES: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Age: 25 to 35 years Gender: No preference Education: Industrial Engineering or related field Supervise daily and/or weekly production plans. Ensure production quality. Perform line adjustments to meet daily targets. Ensure preventive equipment maintenance is carried out. Coordinate with the maintenance department for machinery inspections and repairs. Supervise incoming raw material quality and proper handling of materials in process. Request production materials from the raw materials warehouse. Ensure compliance with safety measures. Promote production incentives for employees. Organize meetings with staff. Prepare duty and incident reports. Supervise raw material waste. Prepare duty and incident reports. Coordinate staff substitutions due to absences or vacations.
